Speed in music is like fast mumbling of unintelligible words during a conversation. It aims to impress those unfamiliar with music rather than true music enthusiasts. Therefore, if you're a guitarist, my advice is not to waste your time trying to achieve this.
The tireless training to reach this level of skill is rare! He may be the best out there in terms of being that fast and clear at the same time.

Great jam! my favorite version of Blue Bossa is Pat Martino's. That was one of the first solos I transcribed : )
